## SEC. 214 IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO SUBSIDIARIES AND AGENTS OF PERSONS SANCTIONED BY UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTIONS ###
(a)In General Section 104(c)(2)(B) of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 (22 U.S.C. 8513(c)(2)(B)) is amended— ####
(1)by striking “ of a person subject ” and inserting the following: > “of— > > > ###### “(i) > > a person subject” > ; ####
(2)in clause (i), as designated by paragraph (1), by striking the semicolon and inserting “; or”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ###### “(ii) > > a person acting on behalf of or at the direction of, or owned or controlled by, a person described in clause (i);” > . ###
(b)Regulations **[**[22 U.S.C. 8513 note](/us/usc/t22/s8513)**]** Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Treasury shall make such revisions to the regulations prescribed under section 104 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 (22 U.S.C. 8513) as are necessary to carry out the amendments made by subsection (a).
