## SEC. 208 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON ENERGY SECTOR OF IRAN It is the sense of Congress that— ####
(1)the energy sector of Iran remains a zone of proliferation concern since the Government of Iran continues to divert substantial revenues derived from sales of petroleum resources to finance its illicit nuclear and missile activities; and ####
(2)the President should apply the full range of sanctions under the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996, as amended by this Act, to address the threat posed by the Government of Iran. ## Subtitle B Additional Measures Relating to Sanctions Against Iran
