## SEC. 206 BRIEFINGS ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IRAN SANCTIONS ACT OF 1996 Section 4 of the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-172; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(f) Briefings on Implementation > > Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012, and every 120 days thereafter, the President, acting through the Secretary of State, shall provide to the appropriate congressional committees a comprehensive briefing on efforts to implement this Act.” > .
