## SEC. 40234 LINE OF CREDIT REPEAL ###
(a)In General Subsection
(c)of section 4005 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. 1305) is repealed. ###
(b)Conforming Amendments ####
(1)Section 4005 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. 1305) is amended— #####

(I)by striking subparagraph (A); and ######
(II)by redesignating subparagraphs

(E)as subparagraphs
