## SEC. 33016 HAZMAT EMPLOYEE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS AND GRANTS Section 5107(e)(2) is amended— ####

(1)by inserting “through a competitive process” between “made” and “to”; and ####

(2)by striking “hazmat employee”.
