## SEC. 32306 COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER INFORMATION SYSTEMS Section 31106(c) is amended— ####

(1)by striking the heading and inserting “(1) In General.”; ####

(2)by redesignating paragraphs

(1)through

(4)as subparagraphs

(A)through (D); and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(2) Access to records > > The Secretary may require a State, as a condition of an award of grant money under this section, to provide the Secretary access to all State licensing status and driver history records via an electronic information system, subject to section 2721 of title 18.” > .
