## SEC. 32205 REVOCATION OF FOREIGN MOTOR CARRIER OPERATING AUTHORITY FOR FAILURE TO PAY CIVIL PENALTIES Section 13905(d)(2), as amended by section 32103(a) of this Act, is amended by inserting “foreign motor carrier, foreign motor private carrier,” after “registration of a motor carrier,” each place it appears.
