## SEC. 31505 NEW DEADLINE **[**[49 U.S.C. 30127 note](/us/usc/t49/s30127)**]** If the Secretary determines that any deadline for issuing a final rule under this Act cannot be met, the Secretary shall— ####
(1)provide the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives with an explanation for why such deadline cannot be met; and ####
(2)establish a new deadline for that rule. ## Subtitle F Improved Daytime and Nighttime Visibility of Agricultural Equipment
