## SEC. 31311 EXPANDING CHOICES OF REMEDY AVAILABLE TO MANUFACTURERS OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT Section 30120 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (a)(1), by amending subparagraph

(B)to read as follows: > > ##### “(B) > > if replacement equipment, by repairing the equipment, replacing the equipment with identical or reasonably equivalent equipment, or by refunding the purchase price.” > ; ####

(2)in the heading of subsection (i), by adding “of New Vehicles or Equipment” at the end; and ####

(3)in the heading of subsection (j), by striking “replaced” and inserting “replacement”.
