## SEC. 1532 BUDGET JUSTIFICATION **[**[49 U.S.C. 301 note](/us/usc/t49/s301)**]** The Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a budget justification for each agency of the Department concurrently with the annual budget submission of the President to Congress under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code.
