## SEC. 1530 TRANSPORTATION TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS To encourage the development of careers in the transportation field, the Secretary of Education and the Secretary of Labor are encouraged to use funds for training and employment education programs— ####
(1)to develop programs for transportation-related careers and trades; and ####
(2)to work with the Secretary to carry out programs developed under paragraph (1).
