## SEC. 1526 EVACUATION ROUTES **[**[23 U.S.C. 104 note](/us/usc/t23/s104)**]** Each State shall give adequate consideration to the needs of evacuation routes in the State, including such routes serving or adjacent to facilities operated by the Armed Forces, when allocating funds apportioned to the State under title 23, United States Code, for the construction of Federal-aid highways.
