## SEC. 1523 USE OF DEBRIS FROM DEMOLISHED BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES Section 1805(a) of the SAFETEA-LU (23 U.S.C. 144 note; 119 Stat. 1459) is amended by striking “highway bridge replacement and rehabilitation program under section 144” and inserting “national highway performance program under section 119”.
