## SEC. 1308 LIMITATIONS ON CLAIMS Section 139(l) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph

(1)by striking “180 days” and inserting “150 days”; and ####

(2)in paragraph

(2)by striking “180 days” and inserting “150 days”.
