## SEC. 100125 LIMITATION ON PAYMENTS FROM THE ABANDONED MINE RECLAMATION FUND Section 411(h) of the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1240a(h)) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(5) Limitation on annual payments > > Notwithstanding any other provision of this subsection, the total annual payment to a certified State or Indian tribe under this subsection shall be not more than $15,000,000.” > . # TITLE II FLOOD INSURANCE ## Subtitle A Flood Insurance Reform and Modernization
