The Missouri River Levee System (MRLS) Unit L-385 Project, Riverside, Missouri, authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1941, Public Law 77-228, and the Flood Control Act of 1944, Public Law 78-534, is modified to direct the Secretary, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to take such action as is necessary to correct deficiencies in the L-385 levee system in Riverside, Missouri at full Federal expense at a cost of no more than $65,000,000.
