This title may be cited as “Adjustment to Lawful Resident Status of Certain Nationals of Countries for Which Extended Voluntary Departure Has Been Made Available”.

### (a) Adjustment of Status

None of the funds available to the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, or any other agency or entity of the United States Government may be obligated or expended during fiscal year 1988 to provide funds, materiel, or other assistance to the Nicaraguan democratic resistance unless in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by section 104 of the Intelligence Authorization Act (Public Law 100-178) for fiscal year 1988.
