Sec. 1. This Act shall be known as and may be cited as the "Illinois Trade Secrets Act".

Sec. 2. As used in this Act, unless the context requires otherwise:.

Sec. 3. (a) Actual or threatened misappropriation may be enjoined.

Sec. 4. (a) In addition to the relief provided for by Section 3, a person is entitled to recover damages for misappropriation.

Sec. 5. If (i) a claim of misappropriation is made in bad faith, (ii) a motion to terminate an injunction is made or resisted in bad faith, or (iii) willful and malicio.

Sec. 6. In an action under this Act, a court shall preserve the secrecy of an alleged trade secret by reasonable means, which may include granting protective orders in.
