Sec. 0.01. Short title.

Sec. 1. As used in this Act: (a) "property" means real and personal property or any interest therein; and (b) "person" means any person, firm, association or corporatio.

Sec. 2. Any 2 or more persons who own or intend to own, jointly or as tenants in common, any property that is used or is to be used in whole or in part for the generati.

Sec. 3. This Act applies to agreements entered into prior, as well as subsequent, to the effective date of this Act.
