Sec. 0.01. Short title.

Sec. 4. If there shall not be a quorum of the justices of the said supreme court present on the first day of any term, the court shall stand adjourned from day to day,.

Sec. 5. If the said supreme court shall not sit in any term, or shall not continue to sit the whole term, or before the end of the term shall not have heard and determi.

Sec. 6. The several judges of the supreme court, before entering upon the duties of their office, shall take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation:.

Sec. 19. The Supreme Court is authorized to employ one senior law clerk and 2 junior law clerks for each judge of the Supreme Court.
