Sec. 0.01. Short title.

Sec. 1. The following Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Compact, which has been negotiated by representatives of the States of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, New York, O.

Sec. 2. The State of Illinois hereby consents that the State of Virginia may become a party to and a signatory State of the aforesaid Compact as fully as if it had been.
§
Sec. 3. In pursuance of Article IV of said Compact, there shall be three members (hereinafter called commissioners) of the Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission.

Sec. 4. There is hereby granted to the Commission and the commissioners thereof all the powers provided for in the said Compact and all the powers necessary or incident.

Sec. 5. Any powers herein granted to the Commission shall be regarded as in aid of and supplemental to and in no case a limitation upon any of the powers vested in said.
