Sec. 0.01. Short title.

Sec. 1. The State of Illinois does hereby ratify, approve and adopt the compact aforesaid, which is as follows:.

Sec. 2. Notice of the approval of said compact shall be given by the Governor of Illinois to the Governors of Oklahoma, Texas, California, Kansas, Arkansas, Colorado, M.

Sec. 3. The Governor of the State of Illinois is authorized and empowered, for and on behalf of the State of Illinois, to determine when and if it shall be for the best.

Sec. 4. The ratification and approval of said compact by this State shall not be binding or obligatory until it shall have been likewise approved by the legislature of.
