Sec. 0.01. Short title.

Sec. 1. The Midwestern Higher Education Compact is enacted into law, and is hereby ratified, approved and entered into by the State of Illinois with all jurisdictions j.

Sec. 2. The 5 members representing the State of Illinois on the Midwestern Higher Education Commission shall consist of the Governor (or his designee) during the tenure.
