Sec. 0.01. Short title.

Sec. 1. The State of Illinois does hereby ratify, approve and adopt the Great Lakes Basin Compact, which is as follows:.

Sec. 2. Notice of the approval of said compact shall be given by the Governor of Illinois to the Governors of Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania.
