58-5-11. Amendment of articles of incorporation--Submission and filing.

Amendments to the articles of incorporation shall be submitted and filed in the same manner as articles of incorporation in §§ 58-5-8 to 58-5-10 , inclusive, and shall be in compliance with the provisions of this title, the bylaws of such corporation and the laws of this state.
