58-41-92. Activities prohibited during suspension of certificate.

When the certificate of authority of a health maintenance organization is suspended, the health maintenance organization may not, during the period of such suspension, enroll any additional enrollees except newborn children or other newly acquired dependents of existing enrollees, and may not engage in any advertising or solicitation whatsoever. A health maintenance organization may not enroll such additional enrollees if it is suspended on those grounds in subdivisions 58-41-81(4) and
(8)and § 58-41-86.1 .
