Such parts of this title as are necessary to effectuate the enactment of the Uniform Stock Transfer Act, including but not limited to subsection
(1)of § 57A-1-102 , § 57A-1-103 , subsections (19), (28), (30), (32),
(33)and
(44)of § 57A-1-201 , §§ 57A-8-103 , 57A-8-204 , 57A-8-206 , 57A-8-207 , 57A-8-301 , 57A-8-306 , 57A-8-307 , 57A-8-308 , 57A-8-309, 57A-8-313, 57A-8-315, 57A-8-317 and 57A-8-405 , became effective July 1, 1966, and this title otherwise became effective July 1, 1967. It applies to transactions entered into and events occurring after that date.
