The articles of incorporation shall set forth:
(1)A corporate name for the corporation that satisfies the requirements of §§ 47-1A-401 to 47-1A-401.3 , inclusive;
(2)The number of shares the corporation is authorized to issue;
(3)The street address of its principal office;
(4)The information required by § 59-11-6 ; and
(5)The name and address of each incorporator.
