The provisions of §§ 46A-1-38 to 46A-1-44 , inclusive, § 46A-1-46 , § 46A-1-49 , § 46A-1-54 , §§ 46A-1-56 to 46A-1-59 , inclusive, and § 46A-1-70 , relating to bonds shall also apply to notes issued pursuant to § 46A-1-17 .
