The budget report of the Governor for each odd - numbered fiscal year shall contain a separate schedule disclosing the current salaries or per diem compensation and allowable expense reimbursement for appointed members of all boards, commissions, councils, committees, and all other statutory or executive created management, policy making, or advisory bodies of the executive branch of state government, whether appointed by the Governor or not, and the recommendations for each of the next two fiscal years.
The appropriations committees of the Legislature shall review the recommendations and include in a separate section of the general appropriations act the salary or per diem compensation and allowable expense reimbursement for each such body, based upon whether it be a management, policy making, or advisory body, and which shall constitute the salaries or per diem compensation and allowable expense reimbursement increases for members of such bodies for the next two succeeding fiscal years.
