The following form may be used to create an instrument of revocation under this part. The provisions of this part govern the effect of this or any other instrument used to revoke a transfer on death deed.
The undersigned, as the owner on the transfer on death deed recorded on
(date)__________ in Book _______ of _______, Page _____ in the office of the register of deeds of __________ County, South Dakota, affecting real property legally described as follows: (legal description) _________________________________________________________ hereby revokes the previous transfer.
