Within three days of registering a person pursuant to §§ 22-24B-1 to 22-24B-14 , inclusive, the registering law enforcement agency shall forward the information to the Division of Criminal Investigation. The Division of Criminal Investigation shall maintain a file of all the registrations and shall make them available to state, county, and municipal law enforcement agencies on a twenty-four hour basis. An offender's registration compliance status and registration information, other than the registrant's social security number, victim name, DNA sample, and the names, addresses, and phone numbers for local contacts and next of kin are public information.
The provisions of §§ 23-5-11 and 23-6-14 do not apply to providing files pursuant to §§ 22-24B-1 to 22-24B-14 , inclusive.
