The county commissioners of each county shall provide a bulletin board which is adequate for the posting of legal notices. The bulletin board shall be located either at the entrance to the county courthouse or in one of the corridors of the courthouse commonly used by the public. If a county does not have a county courthouse, or maintains a separate building for the courts and their clerk, the bulletin board shall be located in one of the most public places in the county. In either event, the exact location where the bulletin board is to be maintained shall be designated and established by resolution of the board of county commissioners.
