§ 37-6-501. Department of Consumer Affairs; Commission on Consumer Affairs; administrator.
There is hereby created:
(a)The Department of Consumer Affairs;
(b)The Commission on Consumer Affairs; and
(c)The Office of Administrator of Consumer Affairs.
