§ 24-10-19. Advertising motor vehicles for sale on state highways.
Any person who parks a motor vehicle in a designated parking area provided by the state for a period in excess of twelve
(12)hours, for the purpose of advertising the vehicle for sale shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
