§ 20-6-29. Penalty for improper taking of transferred shellfish.
Any person violating rules or regulations promulgated by the director of environmental management as provided for in §§ 20-6-26 — 20-6-28, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned not exceeding thirty
(30)days, or both.
