§ 17-15-27. Impartiality of officials — Sound equipment.
The primary officials shall treat all candidates with absolute impartiality. No sound equipment advocating the election or defeat of any candidate or the approval or disapproval of any referenda shall be allowed within five hundred
(500)feet of any polling place.
