On February 6, 2026, the NRC published in the **Federal Register** a notice of receipt, opportunity to comment, request a hearing, and petition for leave to intervene (91 FR 5518) for the request for NRC consent to the direct transfer of control of source material license number SUB-1011. The application and the letter requesting its withdrawal, dated March 11, 2026, are available in ADAMS under Accession Nos. ML25273A381 and ML26071A277, respectively.
