(MHDR)is seeking relief from 14 CFR 21.185(b) which, if granted, would allow MHDR to apply for and receive a restricted category airworthiness certificate for five Lockheed Martin P-3C aircraft that were purchased by the Royal Australian Air Force via the United States Direct Commercial Sales program, declared surplus, and then sold to MHDR.
