(BMUS)in the U.S. territory of Guam. Consistent with National Standard 2 of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, the WPSAR Policy requires a review of the data, on an as-needed basis, that will be used in the benchmark stock assessment. This review is necessary to determine what modeling framework can be applied to the data moving towards the next benchmark.
