Supplementary Information

The notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Louisiana is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of September 27, 2023. St. Mary Parish for emergency protective measures, including direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program limited to temporary measures that address reduced water treatment capability due to saltwater intrusion resulting from low water levels of the Mississippi River for no more than 135 days from the date of declaration.
