ACTION: Notice of information collection; request for comment. SUMMARY: The Department of the Treasury will submit the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB)for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, on or after the date of publication of this notice. The public is invited to submit comments on these requests. DATES: Comments should be received on or before October 12, 2023 to be assured of consideration. In order to work continuously to ensure that our programs are effective and meet our customers' needs, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (hereafter the Agency) seeks to obtain OMB approval of a generic clearance to collect qualitative feedback on our service delivery. By qualitative feedback, we mean information that provides useful insights on perceptions and opinions, but are not statistical surveys that yield quantitative results that can be generalized to the population of study. *Form:* None. *Affected Public:* Business or other for-profit institutions, and non-profit institutions. *Estimated Number of Respondents:* 15,000. *Frequency of Response:* Once. *Estimated Total Number of Annual Responses:* 15,000. *Estimated Time per Response:* 40 minutes (average). *Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours:* 10,000.
