SUMMARY: As part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process to seek feedback from the public on collections using similar methods, we are seeking comment on the following Generic Information Collection Request:

“Qualitative and Quantitative Data Collection on Independent Review Commission Recommendation Evaluation” for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act. This notice announces our intent to submit this collection to OMB for approval and solicits comment on specific aspects for the proposed information collection. (IRC)82 recommendations. These information collections will be conducted by the OUSD (P&R), Office of General Counsel, Military Departments, Military Services, and/or National Guard Bureau (hereafter referred to as DoD). DoD will collect quantitative and qualitative data through data calls, surveys, interviews, site visits and other validated methods.
