(1)A 15-foot-high, 483-foot-long reinforced concrete dam impounding a small reservoir with a gross storage capacity of 900 acre-feet;
(2)an 82-foot-long, 30-foot-wide powerhouse adjacent to the north end of the dam containing three generating units with a total installed capacity of 750 kilowatts;
(3)transmission facilities consisting of the 2.4-kilovolt
(kV)project generator leads; a 3-phase, 2.4/34.5-kV transformer; and a 34.5-kV, 14,784-foot-long transmission line; and
(4)other appurtenances. The project operates in a run-of-river mode with a minimum flow of 56 cubic feet per second. The project had an average annual generation of 3,456 megawatt-hours between 2013 and 2017. o.
