Currently the majority of missions are in the form of civil engineering projects or medical care. IRT, however, is not limited to this, and any application is considered for its potential training value and incidental community benefit. This information allows the best possible match between the community and military training requirements while ensuring each applicant is eligible to receive support and services under 10 U.S.C. 2012. *Affected Public:* State, local, and tribal governments. *Annual Burden Hours:* 550 hours. *Number of Respondents:* 100. *Responses per Respondent:* 1. *Annual Responses:* 100. *Average Burden per Response:* 5.5 hours. *Frequency:* On occasion. Dated: December 16, 2021. Kayyonne T. Marston, Alternate OSD Federal Register Liaison Officer, Department of Defense. [FR Doc. 2021-27684 Filed 12-21-21; 8:45 am]
