Northeast Marcellus Aqua Midstream I, LLC, Docket No. 20200919, Tunkhannock Township, Wyoming County, Pa.; approval to change intake design to add a temporary intake structure to allow withdrawals during low flow conditions when the existing permanent intake is inoperable; Approval Date: November 12, 2020.
