(HST)(12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Samoa Standard Time (SST); 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on November 20, 2020, Chamorro Standard Time (ChST)). Public comment periods will be provided in the agenda. The order in which agenda items are addressed may change. The meeting will run as late as necessary to complete scheduled business.
