BILLING CODE 6717-01-P DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY Federal Energy Regulatory Commission [Docket No. RP20-1237-000] Midship Pipeline Company, LLC; Notice of Initiation of Section 5 Proceeding On October 2, 2020, the Commission issued an order in Docket No. RP20-1237-000, pursuant to section 5 of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. 717d, instituting an investigation into the public interest implications of a potential rejection of a firm transportation service agreement between Midship Pipeline Company, LLC and Gulfport Energy Corporation (Gulfport) should Gulfport initiate bankruptcy proceedings and propose to reject that agreement. *Midship Pipeline Company, LLC* 173 FERC 61,011 (2020).
Any interested person desiring to be heard in Docket No. RP20-1237-000 must file a notice of intervention or motion to intervene, as appropriate, with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, in accordance with Rule 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.214 (2020), within 30 days of the date of issuance of the order.
