Summary
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving elements of the New York State Implementation Plan (SIP) submittal regarding infrastructure requirements for interstate transport of pollution with respect to the 2012 annual fine particulate matter (PM 2.5 ) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) or standard.
