The 45th day after publication of the Notices for these proposed rule changes is April 3, 2020. The Commission is extending this 45-day period. 5 15 U.S.C. 78s(b)(2). The Commission find that it is appropriate to designate a longer period within which to take action on the proposed rule changes so that it has sufficient time to consider the proposed rule changes and the comment letters. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 19(b)(2) of the Act, 6 the Commission designates May 18, 2020, as the date by which the Commission shall either approve or disapprove, or institute proceedings to determine whether to approve or disapprove, the proposed rule changes (File Nos.
SR-NYSE-2020-05, SR-NYSECHX-2020-02, SR-NYSEAMER-2020-05, SR-NYSEArca-2020-08, SR-NYSENAT-2020-03). 6 15 U.S.C. 78s(b)(2).
